Shipping policy

UK - 1-2 days Shipping...

... with a dispatch time of 1-4 working days for all print orders. Framed orders and Ceramics orders have a dispatch time of 1-10 working days as they are made to order 

For Floating frame orders please allow up to 4 weeks as they are made to order.

 

USA & International 5-15 days Shipping...

... with a dispatch time of 1-4 working days for all print orders. Framed orders and Ceramics orders have a dispatch time of 1-10 working days as they are made to order 

For all international orders Taxes and Duties are NOT included with our shipping prices customers will have to pay a fee when it arrives into customs. If you decide to reject the parcel and it comes back to us we cannot refund the shipping fee only the amount for the items purchased. 

For European countries the customs fees can be between 20-30% of the total order amount so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

If you do not respond to the notification from your countries customs and your item is returned to us we cannot refund the shipping fee.

 

We aim to meet all estimated delivery deadlines however sometimes there are delays with courier services which are out of our hands.
