All products sold by Natasha Joseph are bespoke and made-to-order.
Returns Policy
We accept returns and offer refunds on the below products:
· Original Artworks
· Stationery
All returnable products must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
All other products are non-returnable.
The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during shipping:
· Art Prints
· Framed Products
· Ceramics
· Commissions
· Special Orders
· Gift Cards
· Any bespoke, custom or personalised products.

Returnable Products
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Return Postage
The customer is responsible for the safe return of any returnable items and the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring any items before returning them to us. Once your return is shipped, please provide us with the tracking number. Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Products
Unfortunately we do not accept returns nor do we offer refunds on Non-Returnable Items (listed above) unless damaged during shipping.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for Non-Returnable products unless damaged during shipping. If you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the situation.
Prints & Framing
We regret that we cannot offer refunds on art prints and professionally framed artworks as these are custom-made and made-to-order. We appreciate your understanding.
Ceramics
Please note, all our ceramics are handcrafted with love and care, and are non-returnable. As a result, each piece may exhibit unique imperfections, such as small paint splodges or variations in glaze. These characteristics contribute to the unique charm of our products. If you prefer perfectly uniform items, please consider this before purchasing.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the package appears damaged once received, please take photos before and after opening your order. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@natashajoseph.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it quickly. Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect can be returned at no extra cost. In these cases, we can either provide a shipping label or arrange a collection.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 allows customers to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. As with our regular return policy, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
Please note, the 14 day cooling off does not apply to made-to-order, custom or personalised products. As such, any orders for prints, framed artworks, ceramics, commissions and bespoke, personalised items cannot cancelled and are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@natashajoseph.com
Sale Returns
Items subject to promotional offers purchased during a sale period (inc. Black Friday and Sample Sales) are subject to the same return and exchange policy as regular items. Important: Items purchased before sale periods cannot be returned or exchanged for the promotional price.
